Thank you to John and the staff at Da Spot for feeding our large group! John called with clarifications, provided great customer service and pivoted quickly when needed. We were able to get our girls a plate (or mini plate can’t remember exactly) and a smoothie while staying within budget! Mahalo for making our experience great!

My favorite spot to eat in Manoa! Been coming here since I was in college (10 years ago 😅). Their portions are incredible and you can’t go wrong with anything they’re serving. Their chicken dishes are always delicious and have so much flavor. The saffron rice is a must. Their smoothies are also always a hit. My partner and I usually get the combo to share and it is more than enough for us both after training. Or I get the combo and have leftovers for a second meal! This is one of the only spots on the island that hasn’t increased their prices while decreasing their portions.

Matty is the owner and super kind and informative. The whole menu is halal and this place deserve a 10/10. Portion is huge Price is great Food is tasty Staff are kind and informative Seating is plentiful Views are great One of da kind spot

Great place for healthy Mediterranean style plates. They also have amazing smoothies and açaí bowls. Everything here is reasonably priced and the staff is always in a good mood 🤙🏻

We had a great experience at Da Spot. I liked having the options right in front of us. I had the coconut lemon fish and subbed the Mac salad. Highly recommend both. My wife got the chicken parm I think it was also very good. The rice is great on its own but was even better with the sauces. Great prices for the amount of food as well!

Great halal spot that doesn't act like one. Regardless if you eat halal or not, the price is not only affordable but the portions are WILD for the price. I don't know why more people don't go. I was able to feed a family of 4 with just two plates! My only concern as follows: they should have a halal sign to be clear, the design of the place makes it appear that it was a mechanics shop or something so it doesn't really appeal to people coming in unless they know what it is, and we went twice and both times they didn't have any sandwiches or ingredients to make the sandwiches, which is poor planning as I went several days apart.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Da Spot Restaurant to cater our Iftar event at our local mosque, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their service. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly accommodating and respectful of our needs, especially in ensuring that all food was prepared Halal for our fasting community. That meant so much to us, and they handled everything with professionalism and care. The food was absolutely amazing — flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Our community truly enjoyed every dish. Their flexibility throughout the planning process made coordinating such a large event much easier. A special thank you to Ako for your dedication, communication, and support in making this event a success. Your efforts did not go unnoticed. We also sincerely appreciate both delivery drivers who stayed a little extra and patiently waited while we finished setting up. That level of kindness and professionalism speaks volumes. A fantastic halal find in Honolulu. Spicy chicken with 2 scoops of rice and salad only $9.38. That is an amazing price for Honolulu. Has a community feel and with lots of locals here. Was recommended by someone I met and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend. Something for everyone, meat, fish and vegetable dishes available.

Excellent food, generous portions and good prices for the Waikiki area. Ate there twice in a row for the good balance of protein and veggies. Lots of menu options catering to all sorts of diets and gives a very healthy after feeling in contrast to fast food.
